"I can't find the event I'm looking for"

The event is not on the Upcoming tab

• Check the Past tab — if the event has already occurred, it moves there.
• The event may not have been published yet. Ask your librarian when it will be posted.

The event was cancelled

Cancelled events are hidden from the patron portal. Contact your librarian to confirm the event status.

I see no events at all

Your library may not have published any events yet. The list is empty until the librarian creates and publishes events.

The event time looks wrong

Event times are displayed in your device's local timezone. If the time looks off, check your device's clock settings.
