What to Do If Your Account Is Locked

Your account gets locked if you enter the wrong password too many times (5 attempts).

  1. Wait a few minutes. The lock expires automatically.
  2. If waiting does not help, ask your school admin or librarian to unlock your account.
  3. Once unlocked, try logging in again with the correct password.
  4. Make sure you are on the right website. If your school has multiple campuses, each might have its own login page. Using the wrong school's page will always show "Invalid credentials."
